JOB SUMMARY
Assistant Account Managers handle multifaceted clerical and administrative tasks for Account Managers and Sales Executives, and are constantly helping to coordinate a high-volume workload within a deadline-driven environment. Assistants have an unwavering commitment to customer service as they are regularly entrusted with a book of business shared with an Account Manager.

QUALIFICATIONS
High school degree
Proficient in software applications commonly used in an office environment as well as ability to learn new applications.
General understanding of the Independent Insurance Agency system is expected; familiarity with Commercial Lines operations is helpful.
Current California Fire & Casualty license, or required within one year of becoming an Assistant Account Manager.
Reliable transportation with current auto insurance is necessary for occasional client meetings, continuing education, and/or professional development courses.
