JOB SUMMARY
Commercial Account Managers help build and foster client relationships in support of Risk Advisor’s efforts to retain accounts. An unwavering commitment to high-quality customer service is a commonly-found trait amongst Commercial Account Managers. A Commercial Account Manager has in-depth knowledge of insurance coverages and is able to give sound advice to a wide range of clientele.

QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum of 3 years experience in an insurance agency or brokerage.
Applied EPIC experience (desired, not required)
Current Property & Casualty license, or required within three months of becoming a Commercial Account Manager.
Proficient in software applications commonly used in an office environment as well as ability to learn new applications.
Understanding of the Independent Insurance Agency system and familiarity with Commercial Lines operations is expected.
Reliable transportation with current auto insurance is necessary for occasional client meetings, continuing education, and/or professional development courses.
