MORRIS & RITCHIE ASSOCIATES, INC. is currently seeking a MID-TO-SENIOR LEVEL CAD DESIGNER for the Land Division in our Raleigh, NC office. Candidates for this position should have 6 or more years of experience in land development; which includes but is not limited to site engineering of roadways, utilities (water, sewer, storm drain), stormwater management facilities, grading and sediment and erosion control design, for both residential and commercial projects. Proficiency in AutoCAD is required. Civil 3D is a plus! 

JOB REQUIREMENTS: Successful candidates should have the following qualifications and experience:

• 6+ Years of Experience as described above, Raleigh/Durham market areas preferred
• Proficiency in AutoCAD design; Civil 3D a plus
• Excellent Verbal and Written Communication
