Responsibilities: • Coordinate with home inspectors and realtors to schedule inspections, open houses, and showings • Reach out to all inquiries with the goal of converting leads into listing appointments • Manage all aspects of MLS listings, including filling out listing paperwork, posting to MLS, posting to social media, and producing a marketing plan that leads to quick sales • Oversee contract processes alongside buyer’s agents to negotiate contracts • Conduct market analysis to ensure listing prices are well-researched Qualifications: • Shows in-depth knowledge of real estate industry and can accurately conduct market research • Has a real estate license • Familiar with customer databases used to store private client information • Superb time management, interpersonal, and communication skills • Team player who believes their success is the team’s success Compensation: $75,000+
