    We’re hiring a motivated inside sales representative to join our rapidly expanding team! You’ll be responsible for closing sales with pre-qualified leads and driving the team’s revenue to meet sales goals. Responsibilities: • Update customer information in the CRM to ensure all sales team members have the most current data • Encourage potential clients to buy premium products and close the best possible deal • Build customer relationships with existing clients by reaching out via phone calls, emails, or other forms of communication to increase the likelihood of them using our services again • Produce sales reports on a regular basis to present a status update on progress towards company customer acquisition goals • Close sales with qualified leads to generate new business and ensure the client’s needs are met • Work a scheduled 40-hour work week to prospect, clients, • Attend training/coaching sessions • Track weekly goals to measure lead conversion ratio and meet performance benchmarks Qualifications: • Understands the sales process and how to use CRM software • Excellent communication skills, listening skills, presentation skills, and customer service skills • High school diploma or GED required, bachelor’s degree preferred • At least one year of experience as a sales representative • Effective written and verbal communication • Excellent phone skills- strong closer to setting appointments • Comfortable memorizing and delivering call scripts • Excellent Customer service and listening abilities • Strong relationship-building know-how • Highly-organized and detail-oriented • Able to meet and exceed goals • Must be proficient with computers and be able to effectively work with spreadsheets and client management software Compensation: $40,000 - $50,000 at plan yearly
