Core Financial Duties and Responsibilities

Plan implement and supervise the company’s financial strategy.

Manage the agency’s financial accounts, budget, payroll, and financial assets

Generate the monthly accounting reports

Oversee and complete all:

Accounts Receivable/Accounts Payable Data Entry

Deposits, bank reconciliations, and journal entries

Reconcile all Agency Bill and Company Bill Invoicing

Assist in conducting the agency audits.

Maintain company contracts and oversee website administration. Human Resource-related Duties and Responsibilities

Be a strong Cultural Leader

Complete all Payroll Reports & Payroll Deduction Accounts

Assist with all Benefits Enrollments, and reconcile Monthly Benefits Statements

Oversee Licensing Appointment

Qualifications

At least 5 years of professional experience.

Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or business required. Insurance agency experience preferred.

Must have a positive can-do attitude, be an ideal team player, be willing to deal with confidential information appropriately, and have exceptionally strong organizational and computer skills with expert-level proficiency in Excel.
