Job Description

Morse Capital Partners is seeking a detail-oriented and adaptable multitasker to provide sales practice as well as overall administrative and operational client service support for our Financial Advisors. The successful candidate will support our advisors by building efficiencies, helping to grow their practices and servicing clients through assisting in financial planning, processing transactions & trades & performing other operational duties including scheduling, organization of meetings, preparation and review of correspondence, and facilitation of various projects as needed.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• FINRA Series 65 (or 63 and 66) or ability to obtain within 90-days if hire.
• 5-10 years of experience in Financial Services Industry.
• Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong communication skills.
• Excellent time management skills.
• Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively.
• Customer service experience.
• Experience problem solving and resolving escalated issues.
• Experience in a high-stress, deadline-driven environment preferred.
