Responsibilities: • Assist borrowers in selecting loan programs that best fit their financial goals and needs • Prospect, develop, and maintain relationships with potential new business referral partners such as realtors, builders, bank colleagues, and the community at large • Review the loan process by monitoring loan status, term conformity, and regulatory guidelines • Ensure accurate and timely preparation of all required documents from borrowers, loan officers, title companies and other related industry professionals • Exceed our production standards by maintaining an active pipeline Qualifications: • Provide excellent interpersonal and customer service skills, superior written and verbal communication skills, and exceptional decision-making ability • Requires compliance with lending regulations and bank underwriting guidelines and lending policies • Banking, business, real estate, or related Bachelor’s degree required • Understand a variety of loans such as: FHA, VA, USDA, conventional, fixed/ adjustable, bridge, non-conforming, FNMA and FHLMC, and Home Equity Lines of Credit • Office Suite knowledge and loan originating software such as Calyx, Experian, or LendingWise preferred Compensation: $50,000 - $65,000 yearly
