Dedicated Loan Partner Support Every loan officer receives loan partner support to assist with: • Application setup • Documentation management • File preparation • Pre-approval support This allows you to focus on originating loans and growing relationships. Responsibilities: • Build and maintain relationships with realtors, referral partners, and past clients • Structure mortgage solutions, including Conventional, FHA, VA, USDA, and Non-QM products • Guide borrowers through the mortgage process from pre-approval through closing • Maintain proactive communication with borrowers, real estate agents, and internal teams • Continue growing a strong relationship-driven mortgage business Qualifications: • Currently producing $5M+ annually in mortgage volume (or on track to reach that level) • Active NMLS license • Proven ability to generate self-sourced business • Strong relationship-building and communication skills • Motivated to grow production and expand referral partnerships Compensation: $100,000 - $500,000
