We are rapidly expanding and are looking to hire a branch manager to open up and oversee our upcoming Nevada branch. This position will require an in-office presence, once a physical location has been established (determined by branch manager). Responsibilities: • Represent Fulcrum Home Loans in a positive way to the community and referral networks, such as realtors, using effective marketing tactics and paying strong attention to reputation management • Build a well-rounded team by hiring, training, and recruiting a strong group of mortgage loan officers/MLOs and support staff • Enforce branch procedures, policies, and protocols are followed by all staff members • Oversee loan quality and ensure they meet company policies, as well as state, regional, and federal guidelines Qualifications: • MUST reside in the state of Nevada • MUST hold a Mortgage Loan Officer license in the state of Nevada • MUST have a minimum of 2 years experience as an MLO • Demonstrate ability to complete all phases of the mortgage loan origination process and have mastery of loan products and regulations such as FHA, USDA, VA, and conventional residential mortgage loans • Possess technical/computer skills, and have strong mortgage industry knowledge • Exceptional communication skills and strong judgment and decision-making skills • Experience in a supervisory role in customer service or sales management is helpful, but not required
