    The Position

    The Sales Manager will lead the team in achieving the Company’s sales targets. The Manager will also develop and implement sales strategies, recruit and train new team members, manage relationships with REALTORS, and ensure compliance with industry regulations. Base salary, plus bonuses for Sales & Recruiting

    Job Responsibilities

    • Set sales goals and targets for the team

    • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets

    • Coach and mentor mortgage loan officers (MLOs) to improve performance

    • Motivate and inspire the team to achieve results

    • Build and maintain relationships with realtors, builders, and other referral sources

    • Generate new business leads and opportunities

    • Oversee the loan application process, from initial contact to closing.

    • Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and company policies

    • Recruit, hire, and train MLOs

    • Manage team workload and ensure efficient operations

    • Identify opportunities to promote mortgage products and services

    • Ensure all team members are compliant with federal and state regulations

    • Stay up-to-date on changes in mortgage lending regulations

    Skills and Qualifications

    • Mortgage Loan license required

    • 3+ years of significant business and management experience in sales role

    • Understanding of the mortgage lending process, including regulations and compliance requirements

    • Proven experience in managing a mortgage loan team

    • Strong leadership and supervisory skills

    • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities

    • Proficiency in sales management techniques

    • Ability to work in a fast-paced and demanding environment

    • Knowledge of compliance regulations and industry standards

    • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
