Metroplex Mortgage Services is growing, and we're looking for a highly motivated Field Business Development Representative to generate new business through face-to-face outreach. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys meeting real estate agents, building local partnerships, and driving growth in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. Responsibilities: • Visit real estate offices, open houses, and community events to promote Metroplex Mortgage Services • Build strong referral relationships with realtors, brokers, and builders • Conduct in-person and virtual outreach to generate new mortgage opportunities • Manage lead tracking, follow-up, and reporting through CRM systems • Learn and communicate basic mortgage product information (training provided) Qualifications: • Demonstrated mortgage experience in sales, underwriting support, or customer interfacing roles • Proven ability to prospect and develop new business, particularly with real estate professionals • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills • Self-starter, comfortable working independently in field settings • Willingness to obtain NMLS License Compensation: $45,000 - $55,000 Base salary + commission
