Manage relationship with clients and internal teams through email, video, and phone conferencing to problem solve, explain products and implementation schedules.
Through gaining a detailed understanding of the Mortgage Product, you will be able to quickly analyze client's issues, provide solutions where possible and escalate to the development team. Day to day tasks involve investigation and resolving client issues, upgrades and any projects specific to assigned accounts.
Train the client's account specialists on how to use out product
Travel 15% with clients to ensure services are functioning well and advise them of opportunities for additional services and product solutions.
Document technical requirements, schedules and client interactions.
Responsible for identifying potential areas of concern for clients before they arise and make recommendations based on recognizing a client’s current and future needs.
Test, conduct quality assurance and validate for technical feasibility and product launch.
Respond to technical concerns and problems, ensuring smooth new feature implementation and launch.
