Job Description

We are actively seeking remote Mortgage Loan Originators to join our extremely busy team! We provide leads - both purchase and refinance. You will be given a minimum of 5 new leads each day. These are leads that the borrowers fill out and/ or call in - in other words - no cold calling. We pay 75-150 Basis Points plus a monthly base of $1500. We will give you a phone and a lap top. We also pay for licensing and will get you licensed in at least 10 states. MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE AS A CURRENT LOAN ORIGINATOR. If you currently have a relationship with realtors and generate your own business - we will help supplement buyer leads specifically in local areas that the realtor does business.

• Inhouse underwriting
• 5 In-Branch Processors
• Assistants provided for MLO's closing over 5 loans per month
• Broker Chanel available for non-traditional loan products

​IDEAL CANDIDATES WILL POSSESS THE FOLLOWING QUALIFICATIONS:

• Passed the NMLS test
• Have at least 1 year working experience as a MLO
• Knowledge of product guidelines
• Able to follow specific call strategies set forth to maximize the leads
• Work well on your own
• Professionally communicate with team members and borrowers
• Ability to build rapport with clients
• Strong analytical and mathematical skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
