Schedule Monday–Thursday: 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM Friday: 9:30 AM – 5:00 PM Perks & Office Environment • Game room (Ping Pong, Xbox, PS5) • 24/7 on-site gym • On-site Starbucks + full café • Walkable dining options nearby Responsibilities: • Engage with potential leads and guide them through the early stages of the home-buying journey • Use warm calling techniques to connect with prospects and build strong, lasting relationships • Ask thoughtful, targeted questions and actively listen to uncover and evaluate sales opportunities • Prepare thoroughly for the NMLS state licensing exam with our instructor-led training, practice tests, and training material Qualifications: • Previous mortgage experience is a plus, but not required • At least one year of sales experience preferred (phone sales, automotive, financial services, insurance, fitness, etc.) • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Comfortable managing a high volume of outbound and inbound calls • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to quickly build rapport and trust • Self-motivated, goal-driven mindset with the ambition to achieve a six-figure earning potential • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment • Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills Compensation: $16 - $18 hourly + commission
