We are seeking a motivated and ambitious Mortgage Broker to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to break into the mortgage industry. You will be provided with company-generated refinance leads and receive comprehensive training and licensing support to become a licensed mortgage broker. Previous mortgage experience is a plus, but strong sales experience is essential. Responsibilities: • Manage and nurture inbound refinance leads provided by the company • Conduct consultative sales calls with prospective clients • Guide clients through the mortgage refinance process and provide expert advice • Develop and maintain relationships with clients to ensure a positive experience • Stay updated on industry trends and mortgage products to provide accurate information to clients • Meet and exceed sales targets while maintaining a high level of customer service Qualifications: • Strong phone sales experience is required • Sales experience is a must, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets • Mortgage experience is not required but is a plus • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing industry conditions • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and willing to take initiative • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment • High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or relevant certifications are a plus Compensation: $75,000 - $150,000
