We’re a top Midwest mortgage team with 7,500+ clients served and a 100% referral-based business. We’re hiring a high-energy dialer to reconnect with past clients and warm leads. Your goal: spark conversations, identify refinance or purchase opportunities, and convert to applications. Book appointments for our loan officers. Responsibilities: • Represent our brand in a positive way to referral networks, such as realtors, using effective marketing tactics and paying strong attention to reputation management • Meet and exceed sales management goals, pipeline goals, and new business generation goals to increase market share What You’ll Do: • Call past clients & warm referral leads (50+ per day). • Re-engage relationships and set qualified appointments. • Track every contact and outcome in our CRM/dialer system. • Follow proven scripts designed for high conversion. Qualifications: • Must be able to complete all phases of the mortgage loan origination process and have demonstrated knowledge of FHA, VA, USDA, and conventional residential mortgage loan products and regulations • Must have strong judgment and decision making skills and excellent communication skills • NMLS or state licensing preferred What We’re Looking For: • 5+ years of outbound or inside sales experience in mortgage origination. • Confident, upbeat communicator who thrives on results. • Organized, disciplined, and coachable. • Self Starter. • Experience in calling refinance leads and pre-approval leads. • Have experience calling 50+ leads with a high conversion ratio to an application. Compensation: $100,000 potential
