Responsibilities: • Reviewing Handoff Instructions from Loan Officers on the overall expectation of the file • Review the Loan Application for completion, working withthe Loan Officer to make the loan application complete • Set up a file in the selected Lenders Portal • Lock interest rates per the Loan Officer's instructions • Review and set up initial fees • Create and send out State and Federal disclosures • Request FHA case numbers • Pull Certificates of Eligibility for VA files • Request appraisals for files when the property is ready for appraisal inspection • Review completed appraisals – notify team of status of appraisals, watching for payment activity, request final inspections for files that need • Provide quality customer service by answering questions for external and internal customers in a timely and professional manner Qualifications: • Must possess exceptional attention to detail, as well as strong analytical and time management skills • Excellent customer service with strong verbal and written communication • Project a professional image and collaborate with others to accomplish goals and meet demanding deadlines • Knowledge and use of Microsoft Office products • Previous experience in mortgage processing, real estate, or escrow is a plus, but not required Compensation: $18 - $21 hourly
