Responsibilities: • Form new entities • Apply for state mortgage licenses for companies and individuals • Renew company and individual licenses annually • Maintain correct documentation for the branch and company addresses • Manage company leases • Act as liaison with company partners Qualifications: • Proficient with Microsoft Office • Strong detail focus • College degree • Experience in mortgage licensing prefered • Experience in projected management preferred Compensation: $55,000 - $65,000 yearly
