We are a mortgage broker seeking a mortgage Loan Officer Assistant to join our team! You will be responsible for contacting leads from various sources that have either inquired about or might be a candidate for a refinance. You will work directly with a loan officer who will assist you with training to create more loan closings.

Responsibilities:

• Contact leads and guide them through the application process.
• Develop referral networks to locate prospects for loans.
• File loan applications and ensure supporting documents are uploaded.
• Become a source for new customers who want a mortgage.
• Ability to source loans using social media.

​ Qualifications:

• No experience necessary. Willing to train the right person.
• Previous experience in finance, banking, or other related fields helpful.
• Ability to build rapport with clients.
• Ability to work responsibly and independently.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
