The Gina Myers Team at CrossCountry Mortgage is seeking a Mortgage Loan Pre-Approval Specialist to support our growing team of top-producing mortgage professionals. This full-time, in-office position is ideal for someone who is organized, analytical, and client-focused, and excited to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. In this role, you'll be trained and mentored to review loan applications, analyze financial documents, and help guide clients toward homeownership. Responsibilities: • Gather and coordinate necessary loan documentation necessary for verifications and underwriting such as loan files, loan packages, credit reports, and additional mortgage application paperwork • Provide administrative support such as screening and making calls, booking appointments, etc. • Act as the primary contact between our clients and our company and schedule and conduct meetings to discuss any follow-up issues or items that need to be addressed • Verify all loan package documentation received is accurate and complete in accordance with company policy and procedures and report any discrepancies to the loan originator/ loan officer • Answer questions about transactions for clients and company employees to help ensure a high level of customer satisfaction Qualifications: • Ability to effectively work in a strong team-oriented environment and provide outstanding communication and customer service to clients • College degree in finance or banking preferred. High school diploma or equivalent required • Computer proficiency required including MS Office; some CRM, MLS, DU, and proprietary mortgage software preferred • Possess an understanding of different loan products, such as conventional loans, FHA, VA, adjustable/ fixed, commercial loans, etc. Compensation: $65,000 - $85,000 yearly
