Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Mortgage Loan Officer to join our team. In this role, you will evaluate and process loan applications. Your responsibilities will include interviewing applicants to gather financial information, evaluating creditworthiness, and completing loan applications. The ideal candidate has excellent communication and customer service skills and a deep understanding of current lending practices and regulations. Candidate should have a current book of business.

Job is completely remote if needed, and/or we welcome Mortgage Loan Officers, or a team if you run a current branch.

Responsibilities

Process loan applications

Assist clients in understanding the terms and conditions of their loan options

Qualifications

valid current NMLS #

Previous experience as a Loan Officer is preferred

Familiarity with Microsoft Excel, databases, and loan processing and banking software is helpful

Knowledge of lending products and practices

Strong customer service and communication skills

Ability to perform in a goal-oriented environment
