Responsibilities: • Assess and pre-qualify loan applicants by evaluating their financial information, credit history, and documentation. • Guide clients through the loan process , from application to closing, ensuring clear communication and a smooth experience. • Recommend suitable loan products based on the client's needs and financial profile. • Ensure compliance with all lending regulations , policies, and documentation standards. • Build and maintain relationships with real estate agents, builders, and other referral sources to generate new business. Qualifications: • Proficiency in MS Office required; CRM, MLS, DU, and proprietary mortgage software preferred • Ability to effectively work in a strong team-oriented environment and provide outstanding communication and customer service to clients • Preferably 2-3 years of administrative support in a professional office or mortgage environment • Understand basic loan financing options such as conventional loans, FHA, VA, adjustable/ fixed, commercial loans, etc. • High school diploma or equivalent required. College degree in finance or banking preferred Compensation: $100,000 + Annually
