Rate Shopping and Negotiation:Proactively shop for the best mortgage rates and terms across an extensive lender network to meet unique client needs. • Negotiate favorable loan terms using deep industry knowledge to balance client satisfaction with lender benefits. Qualifications: Licensing: • Current NMLS Licensing: Must hold an up-to-date Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS) Experience and Knowledge:Deep Knowledge of Loan Products : Proven understanding of various mortgage products, from conventional, FHA, VA, to jumbo loans, and the entire loan lifecycle from origination to closing. • Familiarity with Mortgage Regulations: Insight into current mortgage laws, rules, and compliance requirements at both state and federal levels.
