Responsibilities: • Convert inbound buyer opportunities into loan applications • Guide borrowers through the mortgage process • Build relationships with real estate agents and referral partners • Structure loan scenarios and advise clients on mortgage options • Maintain strong communication throughout the loan process Qualifications: • Active NMLS License (Wisconsin) • Experience as a Residential Mortgage Loan Officer or Mortgage Banker • Knowledge of FHA, VA, Conventional, USDA, WHEDA, and DSCR loans • Strong communication and relationship-building skills Compensation: $75,000 - $125,000 yearly
