Responsibilities: • Assess and pre-qualify loan applicants by evaluating their financial information, credit history, and documentation. • Guide clients through the loan process , from application to closing, ensuring clear communication and a smooth experience. • Recommend suitable loan products based on the client's needs and financial profile. • Ensure compliance with all lending regulations , policies, and documentation standards. • Build and maintain relationships with real estate agents, builders, and other referral sources to generate new business. Qualifications: • Active NMLS License (required). • Proven track record of successful loan closings. • Strong communication and relationship-building skills. • Ability to work independently while thriving in a team environment. • Passion for helping families achieve homeownership and growing your career. Compensation: $100,000 + at plan commission
