Responsibilities: • Manage a large pipeline of loans to ensure your production meets our requirements • Assist borrowers in selecting loan programs that best fit their financial goals and needs • Ensure all phases of the loan process are performed in accordance with regulatory and company guidelines • Interact with customers, realtors, processors, and underwriters to ensure a smooth transaction • Maintain and build relationships through networking and prospecting with bankers, realtors, builders, and your community to attract new business Qualifications: • Knowledge of state and federal regulations, and company underwriting policies and guidelines • Must have an active NMLS Mortgage Originator License • Provide excellent interpersonal and customer service skills, superior written and verbal communication skills, and exceptional decision-making ability • Must reside in Michigan - position is located onsite in our Troy, MI office • Must have NMLS • Understand a variety of loans such as FHA, VA, conventional, fixed/adjustable, etc. • Experience with Salesforce and Arrive is a plus Compensation: $90,000 - $200,000 at plan yearly
