Responsibilities: • Assess and pre-qualify loan applicants by evaluating their financial information, credit history, and documentation. • Guide clients through the loan process , from application to closing, ensuring clear communication and a smooth experience. • Recommend suitable loan products based on the client's needs and financial profile. • Ensure compliance with all lending regulations , policies, and documentation standards. • Build and maintain relationships with real estate agents, builders, and other referral sources to generate new business. Qualifications: • At least 2-3 years of professional office environment required, preferably as an administrative or mortgage assistant Compensation: $100,000 + at plan commission
