Compensation and Benefits
Volume-based commission structure with enhanced payouts on self-sourced business

Anticipated income range: $100,000 – $300,000+, depending on production

You're based in Denver Metro or Colorado Springs, and you're open to a hybrid schedule with occasional in-person meetings, closings, and team events
What You'll Do
Nurture and maintain relationships with both existing and new agent partners introduced to you
Guide clients through the loan process with confidence, clarity, and care
Strategically review income, credit, and goals to structure the right loan
Work hand-in-hand with processors and support staff to close on time, every time
Monitor your past client database for refinance and referral opportunities
Represent the company with professionalism and warmth at closings and events
Qualifications
3+ years as a loan officer or highly independent LOA
NMLS license required
Mastery of Conventional, FHA, and VA products
Problem-solver with an eye for detail
Strong communicator, digitally fluent, and CRM-savvy
Familiarity with Arive LOS or Jungo CRM a plus
