Responsibilities: • Communicate a thorough understanding of different loan programs and closing costs to help prospective buyers make a decision • Oversee all customer interactions and ensure a smooth transaction by interfacing with realtors, processors, and underwriters • Prospect, develop, and maintain relationships with potential new business referral partners such as realtors, builders, bank colleagues, and the community at large • Review the loan process by monitoring loan status, term conformity, and regulatory guidelines • Exceed our production standards by maintaining an active pipeline • Work in synergy with our ISAs and real estate agents, educating them on available loan programs • Deliver swift, competent responses to our in-house Realtor and builder referrals • Follow up promptly on inbound leads and collaborate with our ISAs and agents on each lead • Make full use of our company-provided CRM system, ensuring it remains updated • Engage with applicants promptly, providing insightful, consultative mortgage options • Review rates, costs, and program options and keep all stakeholders informed of transaction status Qualifications: • Multiple years of real estate, mortgage origination, or lending required • Understanding of loan originator software such as Experian, LendingWise, or Calyx, and Office Suite highly preferred • Strong understanding of company loan policies and guidelines, as well as all federal and state regulations • Must have an active NMLS Mortgage Originator License • Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, superb interpersonal and customer service skills, and exceptional decision-making ability • NMLS #, Licensed loan officer • Bilingual (English/Spanish) • Proven history of originating purchase loans • Minimum 3 years of experience as a licensed mortgage originator • Willingness to use video conferencing daily • A college degree is strongly preferred • Proficient technical skills (Microsoft or Google Suite, experience using a CRM to manage leads, etc.) • Live in Denver, CO Compensation: $75,000 - $250,000 yearly
