About Zoom Mortgage

Zoom Mortgage is a growing, in‑office mortgage brokerage focused on building a collaborative, accountable team of loan originators. Role Overview

An In‑Office Mortgage Loan Originator is responsible for managing a full loan pipeline from application through close. This role is best suited for experienced MLOs who are comfortable working established leads, operating with autonomy, and contributing to a growing, in‑office team environment.

What You’ll Be Doing

Managing your own loan pipeline from application to close

Working with an established network of wholesale lenders, including UWM, Rocket Mortgage, and others

Working company‑provided leads and self‑sourcing business

Communicating professionally with borrowers, partners, and internal team members

Operating independently while collaborating in an in‑office environment

Adapting to evolving systems and processes as the company grows

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for a Mortgage Loan Officer (MLO) who is self‑directed, proactive, accountable, and comfortable owning their pipeline in a broker environment.

Specifically, someone who:

Has prior loan origination experience (strongly preferred, but not required at this time)

Is comfortable managing a full pipeline independently

Can work company‑provided leads while operating with autonomy

Is familiar with the broker model and wholesale lending environment

Is comfortable in a performance‑based role where income is driven by individual effort, consistency, and pipeline management

Understands that long‑term success comes from ownership, follow‑through, and consistent engagement

Compensation & Support Provided by Zoom

Commission‑based compensation structure

In‑office role with accountable, consistent day‑to‑day leadership presence and support

Draw available for in‑office MLOs

Daily access to new, company-provided leads and internal resources

Supportive, collaborative environment focused on long‑term success
