Responsibilities: • Assess loan applications to determine applicant eligibility. • Perform thorough credit analyses to evaluate borrowers' financial histories. • Work closely with clients to collect necessary financial documentation and details. • Assist clients throughout the loan application process, offering pertinent guidance and assistance. • Evaluate loan risks and make recommendations in accordance with underwriting standards. • Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and Fair Housing policies. • Maintain accurate records of loan applications, approvals, and rejections. • Cultivate and maintain relationships with clients, real estate agents, and industry professionals. Qualifications: • Demonstrated success as a Loan Officer or in a comparable position. • Thorough knowledge of loan origination procedures and underwriting standards. • Proficiency with origination software. • Strong mathematical skills for precise calculation of interest rates, payments, and other financial metrics. • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities are crucial for effective interaction with clients and colleagues. • Understanding of current compliance policies and practices. • Capability to thrive in a dynamic environment, working independently to meet deadlines. Compensation: $100,000 - $250,000 yearly
