    Loan Officer (Bilingual) Spanish, Portuguese, Creole Speakers – High Lead Volume NextGen Mortgage is hiring bilingual licensed Loan Officers to support high daily inbound lead volume across Massachusetts, New Hampshire, and the greater New England market. This role is ideal for Spanish, Portuguese, and Creole-speaking Mortgage Loan Officers who want consistent purchase and refinance opportunities without chasing leads. Our loan officers work with qualified inbound leads generated through national partnerships with Realtor.com and Zillow, supported by clear systems, CRM, and hands-on leadership. We are a relationship-driven brokerage focused on education, transparency, and speed. This is not a call center environment. We value professionalism, follow-through, and long-term client relationships. Licensed loan officers candidates are welcome to schedule a 10 to15 confidential conversation. Responsibilities: • Prospect, develop, and maintain relationships with potential new business referral partners such as realtors, builders, bank colleagues, and the community at large • Maintain an active rolling pipeline of funding per our guidelines • Interface with realtors, processors, and underwriters to ensure a smooth transaction while overseeing all customer interactions • Work closely with industry related professionals to gather and prepare all necessary information to complete underwriting requirements Qualifications: • Provide excellent interpersonal and customer service skills, superior written and verbal communication skills, and exceptional decision-making ability • Strong understanding of company loan policies and guidelines, as well as all federal and state regulations • Familiarity with multiple types of loans such as conventional, fixed/ adjustable, FHA, VA, USDA, bridge, non-conforming, FNMA and FHLMC, and Home Equity Lines of Credit Compensation: $85,000 - $120,000 at plan earnings
