This is a commission-based position Responsibilities: • Interface with realtors, processors, and underwriters to ensure a smooth transaction while overseeing all customer interactions • Maintain and build relationships through networking and prospecting with bankers, realtors, builders, and your community to attract new business • Ensure accurate and timely preparation of all required documents from borrowers, loan officers, title companies and other related industry professionals • Assist borrowers in selecting loan programs that best fit their financial goals and needs • Exceed our production standards by maintaining an active pipeline • Work in synergy with our ISAs and real estate agents, educating them on available loan programs • Deliver swift, competent responses to our in-house Realtor and builder referrals • Follow up promptly on inbound leads and collaborate with our ISAs and agents on each lead • Make full use of our company-provided CRM system, ensuring it remains updated • Engage with applicants promptly, providing insightful, consultative mortgage options • Review rates, costs, and program options and keep all stakeholders informed of transaction status Qualifications: • NMLS #, Licensed loan officer • Bilingual (English/Spanish) • Proven history of originating purchase loans • Minimum 3 years of experience as a licensed mortgage originator • Willingness to use video conferencing daily • A college degree is strongly preferred • Proficient technical skills (Microsoft or Google Suite, experience using a CRM to manage leads, etc.) • Live in Denver, CO Compensation: $75,000 - $250,000 yearly
