Responsibilities: • Counsel borrowers to understand the pros and cons of different loan products to determine which is best for them • Oversee all customer interactions and ensure a smooth transaction by interfacing with realtors, processors, and underwriters • Ensure all phases of the loan process are performed in accordance with regulatory and company guidelines • Exceed our production standards by maintaining an active pipeline • Establish and maintain relationships with realtors, bank officers, builders, and the community at large in order to retain existing and attract new business Qualifications: • Strong understanding of company loan policies and guidelines, as well as all federal and state regulations • Exceptional decision-making ability, superior written and verbal communication skills, and superb interpersonal and customer service skills required • Current NMLS State License or Federal NMLS Registration • Understanding of loan originator software such as Experian, LendingWise, or Calyx, and Office Suite highly preferred • Knowledge of FHA, VA, USDA, conventional, fixed/ adjustable loans, Bridge Loans, Non-Conforming Loans, FNMA and FHLMC, and Home Equity Lines of Credit • Commission-Based Position Compensation: $40,000 - $75,000 yearly
