Responsibilities: • Assist borrowers in selecting loan programs that best fit their financial goals and needs • Maintain an active rolling pipeline of funding per our guidelines • Work closely with borrowers, loan officers, title companies/attorneys, or insurance companies to gather and prepare all documents needed to satisfy underwriting requirements • Interface with realtors, processors, and underwriters to ensure a smooth transaction while overseeing all customer interactions • Prospect, develop, and maintain relationships with potential new business referral partners such as realtors, builders, bank colleagues, and the community at large Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, banking, real estate, or a related field • Knowledge of FHA, VA, USDA, conventional, fixed/ adjustable loans, Bridge Loans, Non-Conforming Loans, FNMA and FHLMC, and Home Equity Lines of Credit • Knowledge of state and federal regulations, and company underwriting policies and guidelines • Office Suite knowledge and loan originating software such as Calyx, Experian, or LendingWise preferred • Exceptional decision-making ability, superior written and verbal communication skills, and superb interpersonal and customer service skills required • NMLS license required • If you do not have a license, we can help you obtain a license Compensation: $140,000 at plan commissions
