Responsibilities: • Establish and maintain relationships with realtors, bank officers, builders, and the community at large in order to retain existing and attract new business • Ensure accurate and timely preparation of all required documents from borrowers, loan officers, title companies and other related industry professionals • Review the loan process by monitoring loan status, term conformity, and regulatory guidelines • Maintain an active rolling pipeline of funding per our guidelines • Communicate a thorough understanding of different loan programs and closing costs to help prospective buyers make a decision Qualifications: • Knowledge of state and federal regulations, and company underwriting policies and guidelines • Must have an active NMLS Mortgage Originator License • Provide excellent interpersonal and customer service skills, superior written and verbal communication skills, and exceptional decision-making ability • Banking, business, real estate, or related Bachelor’s degree required • Office Suite knowledge and loan originating software such as Calyx, Experian, or LendingWise preferred • NMLS license required • If you do not have a license, we can help you obtain a license Compensation: $140,000 at plan commissions
