Responsibilities: • Interface with realtors, processors, and underwriters to ensure a smooth transaction while overseeing all customer interactions • Assist borrowers in selecting loan programs that best fit their financial goals and needs • Establish and maintain relationships with realtors, bank officers, builders, and the community at large in order to retain existing and attract new business • Manage a large pipeline of loans to ensure your production meets our requirements • Work closely with industry related professionals to gather and prepare all necessary information to complete underwriting requirements • Work live transfers & self-generated leads – Turn them into closed loans • Expand your network – Realtors, builders, financial advisors & more • Own your pipeline – Deliver elite customer service & high close rates • Collaborate with top processors & underwriters – Get deals done fast • Stay sharp – Leverage ongoing training & market insights to stay ahead Qualifications: • Strong understanding of company loan policies and guidelines, as well as all federal and state regulations • Bachelor’s degree from a four year college or university required in banking, business, real estate, or a related field • Previous experience with Office Suite and loan originating software such as Experian, Calyx, or LendingWise preferred • Multiple years of real estate, mortgage origination, or lending required • Understand a variety of loans such as: FHA, VA, USDA, conventional, fixed/ adjustable, bridge, non-conforming, FNMA and FHLMC, and Home Equity Lines of Credit • Active NMLS License & mortgage sales experience – No rookies here! • Confident, sales-driven closer – You thrive in a fast-paced, high-reward setting • Pipeline builder – You don’t wait for deals, you create them • A natural networker – You know how to build relationships & referrals • Competitive & hungry – Your hustle determines your paycheck If you’re ready to close more loans, earn more money, and grow fast , this is your shot.
