We are seeking a passionate, self-driven mortgage loan originator who values communication and team work to make a difference in people’s lives. We are hiring a licensed mortgage loan officer to market our mortgage products to existing clients and new customers. As a Mortgage Loan Originator you will help individuals, families, and investors secure their tomorrows by taking the time to learn about each applicant’s unique circumstances in order to match clients with personalized mortgage solutions.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business through contacts with real estate agents and real estate professionals to expand market share
• Monitor your pipeline of loans to meet RESPA and TRID guidelines
• Ensure all functions are in complete compliance with federal, state, regulatory, and company policy and procedures
• Maintain a professional image and adhere to standards consistent with company policies and procedures
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Active Mortgage Loan Originator license through the National Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS), valid in the state of GA and/or Florida
• Active in the community and networking opportunities
• At least one year of LO experience

PAY: This is a commission only position starting as high as 125bps, depending on experience and volume, with opportunities for commission increases. Commission is experience based. Full reviews quarterly.
