Mortgage Loan Officer Assistant – Client Experience

In this role, you’ll manage new leads, coordinate the Team Leader’s calendar and communications, maintain our CRM, and create thoughtful follow-up experiences for clients and referral partners. You may have some experience in mortgage, real estate, banking, administrative support, hospitality, or another client-focused role. Responsibilities: Create an exceptional first impression by connecting with new leads, building genuine relationships, scheduling consultations, and guiding prospective borrowers toward the next step Manage the Team Leader’s calendar, coordinate and confirm appointments, screen incoming calls, and prepare the Team Leader for client and referral partner meetings Provide dependable administrative support by managing communications, organizing daily priorities, and assisting the team wherever needed Maintain an accurate, organized CRM and ensure every lead, client, and referral partner receives timely, thoughtful follow-up Strengthen long-term relationships by coordinating client communications, events, gifts, and milestone celebrations that help people feel remembered and valued Qualifications: Previous experience in an administrative, client-facing, sales support, hospitality, banking, real estate, or similar service-oriented role Confident, professional communication skills with a natural ability to connect with people and build genuine relationships Proactive and resourceful, with the ability to take ownership, anticipate needs, and follow through without constant direction Strong organizational and time-management skills with careful attention to detail, deadlines, and competing priorities Comfortable managing calls, calendars, email, appointments, and client information in a fast-paced environment Positive, dependable, and team-oriented, with a genuine desire to serve others and create an exceptional client experience Compensation: $60,000 - $80,000 yearly
