Join Marc Marrazzo, a nationally recognized Top 1% Mortgage Lender, as his Loan Partner 1 / Executive Sales Assistant and play a pivotal role in driving daily success. As a key member of our team, the LP1 serves as the right hand to Marc, handling lead management, calendar coordination, client communication, and database upkeep with precision and care. You'll be the first point of contact for new leads, trusted partners, and valued clients, helping ensure the client journey is seamless from start to finish. This is a high-impact position for someone who takes initiative, excels at communication and organization, and thrives in a supportive yet ambitious team environment. Commission income possible- Inquire within Responsibilities: Lead Management & Client Onboarding • Respond to all new leads within 2 hours or less • Maintain an 80% lead-to-consultation conversion rate • Track leads using our CRM and Lead Tracker system • Prepare and schedule borrower consultations • Calling warm leads who inquired online to get more information • Provide reporting on lead performance (daily, weekly, monthly) • Answer basic mortgage questions when asked • Must “Wow” the clients and get them enthused about the loan process Calendar & Appointment Management • Schedule 10+ appointments per week for Marc and the team • Confirm 100% of appointments one business day in advance • Ensure Marc’s calendar is always optimized and up-to-date • Coordinate recurring meetings with referral partners • Prep Marc for daily “Power Hour” outreach Database & Client Experience Support • Maintain and update the client and referral partner database • Manage gifting campaigns (birthdays, closing gifts, etc.) • Seek out new advantageous referral partners • Coordinate and support monthly events (lunch & learns, happy hours, webinars) • Ensure snail mail addresses are accurate for monthly mailers • Assist with newsletters, video emails, and social media engagement Executive & Administrative Support • Organize incoming mail and expense reports • Maintain digital systems and tech tools • Upload and assist in creating marketing and social content • Anticipate needs- always staying one step ahead Qualifications: • 2+ years of experience in executive admin, sales coordination, or mortgage support preferred • 2+ years sales experience • Basic mortgage experience is not required, but highly favored, and we will train the right person • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Excellent time management, prioritization, and follow-through • Tech-savvy: CRM (preferably mortgage-based), Microsoft Office Suite, social media platforms • Professional, polished, and enthusiastic about customer service • High attention to detail and ability to multitask • A positive attitude and desire to grow with the team • Must be able to work in a high-paced, fast-paced environment Compensation: $55,000 - $75,000 yearly
