What You'll Be Doing:

• Review and process loan applications to make sure all details are accurate and complete.

• Collect and verify borrower documentation (income, assets, credit, employment, title, appraisal, etc.).

• Prep files for underwriting and follow up to clear any conditions.

• Be the go-to person for borrowers during the process — keeping them informed and confident every step of the way.

• Partner with Loan Officers, Underwriters, and third parties to get loans to the finish line smoothly and on time.

What We're Looking For:

• Previous mortgage processing experience preferred

• A sharp eye for detail and strong organizational skills.

• Clear communication — you know how to explain things in a way that makes sense.

• The ability to juggle multiple files and stay cool under pressure.

• Comfort with mortgage systems and tech tools — we're all about efficiency.
