Responsibilities: • Review loan applications and supporting documentation for completeness and accuracy • Verify borrower information, including employment, income, assets, and credit history • Prepare loan files for underwriting review • Communicate with borrowers, loan officers, and underwriters to obtain any missing or additional documentation • Obtain property documentation to process mortgage loan files, including appraisals, inspections, title searches, site surveys, contracts, and property tax records • Coordinate with title companies, appraisers, and other third parties to ensure the timely completion of loan transactions • Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and company policies • Maintain accurate records of all loan transactions in the mortgage servicing system Qualifications: Requirements: • 1 year of previous experience as a Processor in a broker model is required, or • 2 years of experience working as an Underwriter and/or Client Care Specialist • Previous experience navigating the UWM portal is preferred • Previous experience managing a pipeline through Salesforce is preferred • Excellent communication and customer service skills - MUST be comfortable on the phone Compensation: $45,000 - $50,000 yearly
