    MUST HAVE MORTGAGE PROCESSING EXPERIENCE TO QUALIFY We are seeking a Senior Loan Processor with a minimum of 3+ years of mortgage loan processing experience. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of lender requirements, investor guidelines, and compliance regulations. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong sense of urgency, and the ability to handle multiple files with precision while working collaboratively with loan officers, underwriters, and clients. Responsibilities: • Accurately review and process residential mortgage loan applications from start to finish. • Collect, verify, and analyze borrower documentation to ensure completeness and compliance with lender requirements. • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of investor, agency, and regulatory guidelines (FHA, VA, USDA, Conventional). • Communicate proactively with loan officers, borrowers, underwriters, and closing agents to ensure timely file progression. • Identify and resolve potential issues or delays in loan files. • Prepare and submit complete loan packages for underwriting approval. • Manage a pipeline of high-volume loans with accuracy and efficiency. Qualifications: • This is for a full-time office-based job ONLY.3+ years of experience, preferably in wholesale and correspondent loan process experience in a mortgage company or financial institution (required). • Strong knowledge of Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, FHA, VA, and USDA guidelines. • Familiarity with various LOS (Loan Origination Systems) and digital mortgage platforms. • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail. • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. • Strong communication and problem-solving skills. • High level of professionalism and customer service orientation. Compensation: $40,000 - $53,000 yearly
