Work Schedule:
Monday – Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
Duties:
Skilled Mortgage Loan Processor responsible for managing loan files from application through closing, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with all regulatory and investor guidelines. Duties include reviewing and verifying borrower documentation, coordinating with borrowers, underwriters, and lenders, tracking loan conditions, and ensuring all required disclosures and compliance standards are met throughout the loan process.
