Compensation- Victorian Finance, LLC offers a competitive compensation package designed to attract and retain top talent: Base salary up to $80,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications Comprehensive benefits package (details provided during interview process) Supportive team environment with opportunities for professional growth and advancement Responsibilities: • Assemble and submit complete loan packages to underwriting, ensuring accuracy and compliance at every stage • Verify that all loan files meet applicable banking regulations, investor guidelines, and internal policies • Maintain detailed and up-to-date loan documentation in Encompass from application through closing • Serve as the primary point of contact and liaison among applicants, loan officers, mortgage brokers, real estate agents, and underwriters to facilitate timely approvals • Order and track all required third-party documentation, including appraisals, title searches, inspections, site surveys, contracts, and property tax records • Proactively identify and resolve conditions and documentation deficiencies to keep loans on schedule • Communicate loan status updates clearly and consistently to all stakeholders throughout the process • Ensure all files are audit-ready and adhere to federal and state regulatory requirements, including RESPA, TRID, and HMDA Qualifications: • Minimum 2 years of mortgage loan processing experience required • Demonstrated knowledge of loan products, including FHA, VA, USDA, FNMA, Freddie Mac, Non-Conforming and ARM programs • Exceptional attention to detail with strong analytical and critical-thinking skills • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a professional, client-focused demeanor • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple files simultaneously in a deadline-driven environment • Proficiency with Encompass and standard office software (Microsoft Office Suite) Compensation: $80,000 commensurate with experience
