Responsibilities: Prospect, develop, and maintain relationships with potential new business referral partners such as realtors, builders, bank colleagues, and the community at large Interface with realtors, processors, and underwriters to ensure a smooth transaction while overseeing all customer interactions Monitor the mortgage process to ensure all company and regulatory processes are adhered to Communicate a thorough understanding of different loan programs and closing costs to help prospective buyers make a decision • Appetite for growth both personally and professionally • Progressive thinking and an outside-the-box mentality on the direction you want to grow your presence in Denver Qualifications: Must have an active NMLS Mortgage Originator License Multiple years of real estate, mortgage origination, or lending required Provide excellent interpersonal and customer service skills, superior written and verbal communication skills, and exceptional decision-making ability Understand a variety of loans such as: FHA, VA, USDA, conventional, fixed/ adjustable, bridge, non-conforming, FNMA and FHLMC, and Home Equity Lines of Credit • Strong time management, organizational skills, and tech-savvy Compensation: $200,000 at plan earnings
