We are looking for a reliable and organized individual to support our sales and marketing team in Tampa, FL. In this role, you'll help with scheduling, take detailed notes during calls, assist with research, and provide general administrative support to keep things running smoothly. Comfort with making and receiving phone calls is a must. This is an in-office position in our Tampa office, so you’ll be working directly with the team to help drive efficiency and success. Preference given to applicants with strong blog and content writing skills for marketing purposes or experience in the mortgage industry. Responsibilities: • Create marketing materials including website content, advertisements, social media posts, and other collateral that is polished and on-brand • Support our marketing department in executing campaign plans through communication, digital, and advertising strategies • Manage calendars and appointments for other employees Qualifications: Must possess: • Excellent project management skills, communication skills, and a strong work ethic • Strong understanding of Microsoft Office • Strong note-taking skills, self-starter attitude, good phone presence • Strong organizational skills, appointment setting • Comfortable with research and writing • A degree in marketing or a related field Compensation: $36,000 - $44,000 yearly
