Responsibilities: • Gather and coordinate necessary loan documentation necessary for verifications and underwriting such as loan files, loan packages, credit reports, and additional mortgage application paperwork • Gather initial documentation to fully pre-qualify a borrower based on their portfolio, make program and product recommendations for what best fits their needs • Gather initial documentation from the borrower • Structure the loan and send out a needs list of additional documentation needed • Confidently provide an accurate pre-approval to the borrower • Problem-solve ways to make a file work and structure it accordingly Qualifications: • Preferred degree in banking or finance, and a high school diploma or equivalent is required • MS Office proficiency required; some CRM, MLS, DU, and proprietary mortgage software preferred • Possess an understanding of different loan products, such as conventional loans, FHA, VA, adjustable/ fixed, commercial loans, etc. • Having an NMLS license is not required, but is preferred • Preferably 2-3 years of administrative support in a professional office or mortgage environment • Expert-level knowledge of Fannie and Freddie guidelines • Strong ability to calculate income and run LP and DU Compensation: $65,000 yearly + bonus DOE
