Join Marc Marrazzo, a nationally recognized Top 1% Mortgage Lender, in his Mortgage Loan Processor / Loan Partner 3 position and play a pivotal role in driving daily success. We are currently seeking an experienced and detail-oriented mortgage loan processor for our dynamic lending team. The ideal candidate will have at minimum 3 years of mortgage processing experience, be able to "wow the client", and have a proven track record of providing solutions to problems on case files. This role will take the file from initial approval to clear to close while setting all parties' expectations appropriately. Responsibilities: • Request, gather, and review documents from the borrower to ensure the proper documentation is submitted to underwriting • Communicate with attorneys, title companies, and the internal team to make sure closings are on pace for target dates • Solves many of the problems on their own before going to a team lead for guidance • Making the clients raving fans of our process to ensure they give us a 5-star review once the transaction is complete • Orders out HOI, payoffs, 4506's etc., and keeps track to make sure they will be delivered back in a timely fashion • Communicates heavily with the internal team on any updates/ potential issues certain files may have • Identifies potential problems before they happen, ensuring the process runs smoothly for all involved Qualifications: • 3 years of Mortgage lending experience and guideline knowledge required • 3 years of Sales experience preferred • Must be savvy with AUS and problem-solving to get Approved/Eligible- Accept/Eligible status • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Excellent time management, prioritization, and follow-through • Professional, polished, and enthusiastic about customer service • High attention to detail and ability to multitask • A positive attitude and desire to grow with the team • Must be able to work in a high-paced environment Compensation: $80,000 - $100,000 yearly
